How soon will I receive my order after payment?

Keys (Windows, games) are delivered to your email within 1 minute. Subscriptions (Office 365, Canva, Spotify, YouTube, etc.) — invitation or access within 1–5 minutes. Everything is delivered automatically to the email you provide.

What's the difference between subscriptions and keys?

Subscriptions — you receive an invitation to the service and activate it on your account (Microsoft, Google, Canva, etc.). Keys are activation codes you enter into the software or service (Windows, games, antivirus). Both are official and fully functional.

What guarantees do you provide?

All products come with a 6–12 month warranty depending on the product. If a key doesn't activate or a subscription doesn't work — free replacement or refund. Support 24/7.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is processed through secure payment systems. We do not store card data. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Stripe and cryptocurrency.

Do subscriptions work on my account?

Yes. Office 365, Canva, YouTube and other subscriptions activate on your personal account. For Office 365 and Canva you receive an invitation — accept it — and the subscription is linked to you. Your files and data remain yours only.

Are keys tied to one device?

A Windows key is tied to one PC — if you reinstall the system on the same computer, activation is preserved. Game keys (Xbox, PlayStation) are activated once in your account. Subscriptions usually work on multiple devices — see the product description.

What if I didn't receive my order?

Delivery is to the email you entered at checkout. Keys usually within ~15 min; subscriptions (invitation link) within 1–5 min. Check spam. If nothing arrived after the stated time, contact support@keysoft.pro with your email — we'll resend or fix the issue. Your order history in Account also shows delivery status.

What if the product doesn't work?

Contact support@keysoft.pro — we respond 24/7. If a key doesn't activate or a subscription doesn't open — we'll provide a replacement or refund. We usually resolve issues within 15–30 minutes. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What currency are prices in? Any hidden fees?

All prices are in USD. No hidden fees. The amount you see at checkout is what you pay. One-time purchase — we do not automatically renew or charge again.

By using keysoft.pro ("Site") and purchasing digital products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service

KEYSOFT sells digital products: software licenses (e.g. Windows), subscription access (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Canva PRO). Delivery is by email (activation key or invitation link) to the address you provide at checkout. We do not ship physical goods.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in USD before payment. No hidden fees. You pay the amount shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (cards) or cryptocurrency. The charge descriptor on your statement will reference KEYSOFT or the payment provider.

3. Delivery

Keys and invitation links are sent to the email you provide, usually within 1–5 minutes for subscriptions and within about 15 minutes for keys. If you do not receive delivery within the stated time, check spam and contact support@keysoft.pro. We will resend or resolve the issue.

4. No automatic renewal

Purchases are one-time. We do not charge you again unless you place a new order. Subscription products (e.g. Office 365, Canva) are valid for the period stated (e.g. 12 months); after that, the service may expire according to the provider's terms. We do not auto-renew your subscription.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that policy.

6. Account and conduct

You must provide a valid email and pay only with means you are authorized to use. Fraudulent use may be reported and access blocked.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify via the Site or email where appropriate.

8. Trademarks

All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this Site (e.g. Microsoft, Office 365, Windows, Canva, Google, YouTube, Spotify, Netflix, Figma, Xbox, PlayStation) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. Refunds are available under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You did not receive the product (key or invitation) within the stated delivery time and we could not resolve it (e.g. by resending).
  • The key does not activate or the subscription does not work, and we could not provide a working replacement.
  • You received the wrong product and we cannot provide the correct one.

2. Time limit

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days we may refuse a refund unless required by law.

3. How to request

Contact us at support@keysoft.pro with your order email and a short description. We may ask for proof (e.g. screenshot of non-activation). We aim to respond within 24–48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-refundable cases

We generally do not refund if: the product was delivered and activated successfully; you simply changed your mind after use; the request is made after 14 days; or the claim is fraudulent.
